  • Hector de la Garza, CEO

    Prior to founding eFactor Network along with his partners in 2009, Hector de la Garza had key roles in Supply Chain Finance and Business Development in several financial institutions such as Grupo Financiero Banorte, Bancomext, Nacional Financiera (NAFIN), and Banca Afirme. Hector de la Garza Ramos graduated from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico (ITESM) in 1993. He post graduated on Bank Efficiency and holds an MBA from Universidad de Oviedo, Spain.

  • Eduardo Valero, General Counsel and Director of the Legal Department

    Eduardo Valero Gonzalez serves as General Counsel and Director of the Legal Department at eFactor Network since 2012. He holds a degree in Law and Legal Studies from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon and has a degree in Securities Law. Eduardo has an extensive experience in the financial industry working in leading positions at Grupo Financiero Serfin, Multiva Bancentro, Grupo Financiero Serfin, and Nacional Financiera.

  • Gilberto Madrigal, Director of Development and Technology

    Gilberto Madrigal is responsible for the development of new products and the integration of new customers and financial institutions into the supply chain finance platform. Prior to working at eFactor Network, Gilberto worked at Banorte where he was in charge of the design and the development of electronic banking and payroll solutions. From 2008 to 2012, he worked at Banco Ahorro Famsa and was responsible for the development and the maintenance of new banking products. He graduated as an engineer from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL).

  • Sergio Morales, Director of Human Resources

    Sergio Morales serves as Director of Human Resources of eFactor Network and eFactor Diez and is responsible for the administration and infrastructure of all the offices across the country. Sergio also coordinates activities related to payments, training, recruitment, payroll, and expenses. He has over ten years of experience in ​​administration and personnel management, working for leading organizations in Mexico.

  • Victor Manuel de la Cruz, Executive Director of Financial Institutions

    Victor Manuel de la Cruz is responsible of integrating new financial programs and serve the financial institutions. He graduated on Business Administration and holds an MBA in Finances, both validated by the ITESM. Victor laborated during 19 years for the Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, S.N.C. and also worked for the Corporacion Internacional de Valores S.A. de C.V.

  • Leonel Vasquez, Credit Executive Director

    Leonel Vasquez, is responsible for the policies and lineaments related with credit matters, it's analysis, control, tracking and retrievement. He has more than 39 years of experience in the financial and banking sectors. Also laborated during 30 years in the Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior SNC (Bancomext). Previously worked in Scotiabank, Grupo Sidermex and Casa de Moneda de Mexico. Leonel graduated on Economy and holds an MBA in Public Administration, both validated by the ITESM. Leonel has achieved diverse certifications in Mexican and foreign institutions.

  • Adrian de la Garza, Director of Corporate Sales

    Adrian de la Garza is responsible for supplier sales and support, promotion and the credit committee. Prior to eFactor Network, he worked for Cerveceria Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma, the Instituto Federal Electoral, and for INTERFIA, managing sales, and relationships with financial institutions. In 2006, Adrian graduated as an industrial engineer from Universidad Del Norte.

  • Bernardo Soto, Metro Regional Sales Director

    Bernardo Soto Rivero is responsible for originating and implementing new corporate buyers in Mexico City, South and Southeast of the country. Bernardo holds an MBA from Universidad La Salle, is certified in Public Administration from INAP in Finance and Leadership by the ITESM. He has over 20 years experience working in the finance industry. He worked for leading financial organizations such as ABC Capital, Nacional Financiera and Grupo Financiero Bancomer. Bernardo Soto Rivero was also responsible for Volvo’s Commercial Credit in Mexico for trucks and construction machinery.

  • Monica de la Garza, Director of Financial Institutions

    Monica de la Garza is responsible for supporting financial institutions and integrating new financing programs. Monica holds a degree in Law and Legal Studies from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. When she began her career in 1987, she worked in different banks including, Grupo Financiero Banorte, Bancomext (Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior) and Nacional Financiera in supply chain finance.

  • Juan Antonio Gutierrez, Bajio Regional Sales Director

    Juan Antonio Gutierrez is responsible for originating and implementing new buyers at eFactor Network. He worked as Investment Manager at Actinver Financial Group and was the General Manager of the AAA GISSA trust part of NAFINSA, a non-bank financial intermediary specializing in factoring. Juan Antonio also served as Head of Corporate Treasury and CFO at Grupo Industrial Saltillo.

  • Carlos Ibarra, North Region Sales Director

    Carlos Ibarra is responsible for originating and implementing new buyers at eFactor Network. He graduated as a public accountant and holds an MBA from the Universidad Regiomontana. He worked for different consulting companies, including Castillo Miranda. Carlos also worked for several years in the finance sectors in Mexican banks such as Nacional Financiera, and Banco Ixe.

  • Felipe Cantu, North Region Sales Director

    Felipe Cantu is in charge of the sales of corporates and banks located in Mexico and Latin America. He has over 20 years of experience working in leading organizations such as Cerveceria Cuauhtemoc, Grupo Vitro, Bancomext, and recently as General Director of Venezuela for Bomi. He graduated as an engineer and holds an MBA from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).

  • Pamela Hierro, Strategic Planning

    Pamela Hierro Kapellmann, is responsible for strengthening the prospective and strategic capacity in the implementation of plans and mechanisms to achieve the objectives established in eFactor Network, she has a Law degree from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey (2012) and worked for Mexican banks at the same year (2012 - 2016).
